我一直有「要么不做，要么做到最好的执念，所以在面试前会提前做很多准备，这些准备可能跟自我介绍关系不大，但是的确可以增加面试成功率

1.外表避免弱点

面试的成功率其实很大部分取决于hr的"好感度"。也就是所谓的"第一印象"。所以在我们面试前，必须确保自己的形象满分。

面试必须正装出席，这个不难理解，建议男生去定制一套好点的西装，这个很重要。如果你的经济条件比较差，至少也要保证西装合适。我发现在面试中，很多男生的西装都太长，这样就显得很丑了

另外，要适当的弱化你的缺点，例如人长得矮小，就垫个内增高。瘦就穿有垫肩的西装，这些都能很好的弱化缺点

2.控制自我介绍的时间

在自我介绍时，时间必须控制在3分钟左右，这样的效果最好，平时拿手机录时间即可。在正式面试前，我们可以对着镜子背诵多次，以便观察自己的脸部表情。

另外，人在紧张的时候语速会不自觉的加快。所以在正式面试的自我介绍中，要时刻提醒自己"放慢语速"

3.装自信

这点很重要，直接分享几个小技巧给大家

①男生而言，讲话可以稍微低沉一些，语速可以降低，这样显的自信

②不做害羞的动作，例如不自觉的玩手指，不敢与面试官眼神交流，眼睛四眼无神等

③抬头挺胸，目光直视hr

④轮到自己发言时，眼光顺序：最左-中间-最右-中间，时间大概2-3秒，然后再大声的开始自我介绍。这样子的话全场目光都会聚焦在你身上。

试想一下，本来轮到你发言，但是你不讲话，大家都以为你怂，全场安静，最后你大声的发言，全场是不是都被你吸引住了？

二.自我介绍

我认为，自我介绍最大的作用在于「吸引hr注意以及「增加hr对自己的好感。上文讲到，自我介绍最好在三分钟左右，三分钟字数也就几百字，如何在几百字之间能做到这两点呢？

1.基本介绍

这个是自我介绍的第一步，也就是每个人都需要的，介绍自我的一些基本情况，具体模板为：大家好，我叫xx，来自xx大学xx专业，今天面试的岗位为xx

2.突出自身特点

我们试想一下，有些热门公司的hr每天面试几百人，如果你的自我介绍平淡无奇，那么又如何能在hr心中留下深刻的印象呢？

当年，在我面试银行的时候，都有群面的环节，所以我能听到很多人的自我介绍，我发现基本上每个人在自我介绍时都会提起自己担任过「班干部/xx部部长/xx协会会长，其实这样的效果非常差

大多数人都有，就不叫特点

所以我一直建议大学生去做一些特别的事情，不一定要跟学习有关，最主要是「别人做不到，而我做到了，这就容易给hr留下深刻印象

例如，我每次自我介绍一定会提到两点：1.骑单车去过西藏，2.健身照上过杂志。其实这两个特点与我面试的岗位一点关系都没有，但是每当我说出这两个例子时，hr都会很好奇的问我相关问题，屡次不爽。

而且，有些事情是可以「适当吹嘘的，例如我健身照的确是上过杂志《健与美》，但是那只是"读者投稿"栏目的，是我主动投的，难度不大。但是我在面试的时候没必要说出来呀，因为我的照片的确是登上了杂志，只是我没说具体怎么登罢了

记住，适当吹嘘的前提是：「你对这件事的确很熟悉，只是没达到这个效果，如果你是虚构的，而hr好奇问你，你回答不出来的话，那就很尴尬了

那么，如果你在大学四年都没有做过什么特别的事，那怎么办？

这个你就要自我反省了，大学四年都没做出什么「自我感觉牛逼的事情，凭什么要求热门公司要你？

3.善用详细数字

大部分大学生都有实习的经历，那么如何讲述自己的实习经历呢？我直接举几个例子吧

并不是每个hr都对了解你的实习工种，通过具体的数字方便hr更好的了解你的「个人能力。并且通过具体的数字也能突出「真实感

4.往岗位需求靠拢

每个岗位都有自己的需求，例如销售更需要外向有资源的人，网络公司更需要实操过网络项目的人，服务业更需要脾气好的人。这些岗位都有很明确的招人需求。

在面试一个岗位之前，你必须了解「自己有哪些性格特点符合该岗位需求，并通过实例表现出来

例如：我面试银行的时候，最后一句话会说：我是潮汕人，身边所有的亲戚都是做生意的，在这种环境下长大，比较擅长与人沟通

我说这句话的目的是告诉hr，我家是做生意的，身边多少有些资源，而且我在这种环境下长大，比较会察言观色

很多人在找工作时，不敢或许暴露自己的底细，害怕话讲太绝导致将来工作难以完成，这种想法实在是太学生思维了。你要明白，你来面试的目的是进入这家企业，而不是考虑未来的工作难度。

你连面试都还没过，以后的事考虑个屁啊！

事实上，我虽然身边的亲戚都是做生意的，但大多数都没什么钱，对我的拉存款任务也帮不上什么忙。但是我靠自己，也一样能完成任务啊，没必要让父母出面，去求别人帮忙了

如果你的个人特点没有能跟岗位拉边的，那么强调自己的「坚持「阳光「上进也是不错的选择

额，如果你是程序员，也可以强调自己「身体好，愿意加班，效果也是挺好的

1.我一直认为面试最主要的是「在hr心中留下深刻的印象和「给hr留下好感。
